Menu Plan - very unexciting




This is my nest menu plan which I have to say is a bit uninspiring as I have been looking at paat menu plans to do this one rather than lovely glossy cookbooks!



Week 1

Friday
B - Fruit and yoghurt
L - Leftovers
D - Roast veggie and feta tartlet (from last menu)

Saturday
B - Baked beans on toast
L - Tomato and cheese melt
D - Prawns on chilli oil and turkish bread and salad

Sunday
B - Pancakes
L - Soup and Bread
D - Bolengese (a TVP one and one with mince)

Monday 
B - Muffins and tea
L - Crudities and dip
D - Brown Rice and Curry (probably Nigella's seafood and pumpkin curry)

Tuesday
B - Boiled egg and toast
L - Leftovers
D - Freezer meal

Wednesday
B - Baked Beans on toast
L - Crudities and dip
D - Baked Veggies and Baked Chicken Breast

Thursday
B - Peanut butter bread
L - out - shopping day
D - Quesadillas


Week 2


Friday
B - Baked beans on toast
L - Soup with crackers and cheese
D- Freezer meal/Leftovers

Saturday
B - Muffin and tea
L - Salad sandwich
D - Freezer meal/Leftovers

Sunday
B - Fruit and yoghurt
L - Home-made sushi
D - Quiche and Salad

Monday 
B - Fruit salad and peanut butter bread
L - Salad with avocado and pickled ginger
D - Jap Chae

Tuesday
B - Muffin and tea
L - Baked Potato and cheese (Nigella's weight-loss lunch apparently)
D - Brown Rice and miso

Wednesday

B - Soft Rice with umeboshi
L - Creamy onion and miso soup
D - Polenta bake (one veggie and one with chicken)

Thursday
B - Toast and Tea
L - Kedgeree
D - Falafel and Salad and Steak

Hi Gorgeous Girl,

For the curry, you HAVE to try Nigella's Mauritian Prawn Curry from Forever Summer. It is so so delicious but make sure you use the curry leaves (I used Herbies dried curry leaves) and they were really evident in the final product.
