L - Rice paper rolls with satay sauce
D - Kohlrabi and avocado salad (based on this one from Golubka)

Monday
B - Oats with banana and maple syrup
L - Guacamole and veggies
D - Burritos (turkey and TVP)


Tuesday
B - Fruit and yoghurt
L - Leftover burrito mince with salad
D - Pumpkin soup with cheesy toasts


Wednesday
B - Toast with peanut butter and banana
L - Home made sushi (tuna and tomago)
D - Pasta with spinach and almond pesto


Thursday
B - Fruit and muffin
L - Leftover pasts-a
D - Fish pie
